Dr. Kasper has an avid interest in breeding, specializing in the problem mare. Through the use of ultrasound, she can more accurately recognize preconception illness states such as endometritis, endometrial cysts and uterine pooling. Once these conditions are recognized, appropriate intervention can result in a successful conception. Without correct diagnosis, conception rates can be lower.

In southern Manitoba, Dr. Kasper is considered an expert in cooled and frozen insemination techniques. Through an established partnership with Maggie and Darryl Lawson, Dr. Kasper has access to a premium thoroughbred breeding facility standing three stallions that accepts mares undergoing artificial insemmination for total mare care and repoductive services.

Dr. Kasper has conception rates above 70%, one of the highest in the region.
